I enclose a letter from Mr. J. Douglas Butcher of the Hong Kong Electric Company on the subject of responsibility for cost of passages of staff who 'came to England on rehabilitation leave.
A previous letter on this subject was sent

our letter $416/31 of 16th April, but I understand that thiŝubject is one which you are handling.
May I take it that Mr. Butcher will receive a reply from you direct?
